JPEGThe Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), held in Toronto, Canada, is widely considered to be one of the top film festival in the world. It is the first film festival in North America. The Festival started in 1976 as a retrospective of the best festivals in the world. It is an important partner of Hollywood. The festival is considered as a launch pad for many studios to begin "Oscar-buzz" for their films. It lasts 10 days and 300 to 400 films are presented in different categories.
