Focus on Paris – Oct 29, 2013
The Consulate General of France in Toronto organizes a « Focus on Paris day » on October 29 at Ryerson University.
Representatives from French Universities have been invited to meet and answer the questions of Toronto students, as well as explore possible partnerships with their counterparts at Ryerson University.
Véronique Pauly, Professor at the Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, will present her university and the MICEFA programme, a consortium of Parisian universities, fostering student exchanges at the undergraduate and graduate levels. (Jorgenson Hall, 14th floor, room 1402 at 1.45pm)
French Professor and TV Producer Jean-Pierre Dusséaux will discuss the challenges broadcasting systems face due to the progression from collective to individual methods of TV consumption. (Digital Media Zone, room 631 at 3pm)
In the afternoon, the Campus France representative in Toronto will make a presentation about the French Higher Education System and opportunities to study in France. (Podium, room 152 at 3pm)
