Mr. Chapuis shared some remarks on the following topic: « Clear and Present Danger : The European project, Populism, and Protectionism ». He notably highlighted the importance of the 2008 economic crisis, which fed feelings of populism and rejection towards the elites. His speech was followed by a debate.
