The Consul general discusses his objectives for 2018 [fr]
During a social event at the residence on January 24, Marc Trouyet exchanges with representatives of associations and active citizens of the French community
The Consul general stressed that his action is conducted in line with the three main areas of cooperation between France and Canada: strengthening trade relations; building new partnerships in the field of innovation; developing new common actions to fight climate change.
He welcomed the dynamism of francophonie in Ontario and Manitoba and thanked all the French, Franco-Ontarians and Francophiles partners of the Consulate. He also highlighted the great relations and positive partnerships that were established with local authorities and the local civil society, while reminding the role that the newly-established France-Canada Chamber of Commerce (Ontario) and Fédération Tricolore will play in 2018.
